The owner was extremely helpful, making reservations and arranging transportation. The apartment was well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, and even some food upon arrival. There was plenty of wardrobe space and a spacious bathroom. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. No street noise.

The property was mind-blowingly renovated with an excellent bathroom. It was super well-equipped if you were staying for a few days with wi-fi, an electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. Alice, the owner, was jaw-droppingly helpful! She made reservations for us, booked our taxi, and was generally very nice. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center, yet no street noise. Can highly recommend this place! And no pets or smoking on site.

The noise from the nearby main thoroughfare and internal building can be a bit disruptive, especially for light sleepers who may need to use earplugs.

The bed was comfortable, and the heater kept us warm throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to parks with fine views. The host, Alice, was friendly and helpful, always providing us with great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Casa Tea for a wonderful stay in Bologna.
